About Johanne Douma

Founder of The Wellness Equation, Johanne is a Nutritionist specializing in gut and skin health and a Certified Metabolic Balance Coach. She graduated from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition in 2017 but began her personal nutrition journey more than 20  years ago after discovering how transformative food can be.

 

Today, her passion is helping others experience the same positive change.

Johanne believes good nutrition plays a vital role in overall health—particularly digestive and skin issues, where she has a deep personal and professional focus. Her approach is rooted in whole-person wellness, individuality, and sustainable lifestyle support. Each plan is customized to help alleviate symptoms, reduce health risks, and empower clients to live healthier, more vibrant lives.
